They completed our entire roof in one day, followed up with the gutters the next day, and did a great job with cleanup afterward. Had Dan from Beyond Roofing come out this morning to look at our roof. A couple of weeks ago, we had another roofing company come out after they knocked on our door following a hail event in the area (they were one of three companies that knocked on our door, along with the half dozen or more text messages we got from other roofers … none of them Beyond Roofing. Based on their inspection (for which they went up on a ladder, but did not actually go up on, and walk, the roof), they suggested we file an insurance claim, telling us it was “highly unlikely we wouldn’t get approved.” They also came out when we filed the claim … to “help.” In addition, they asked for us to let them know when our insurance company inspector was coming over so they could … again … “help.” After a conversation with our insurance carrier, we decided to get another opinion. Dan walked our entire roof, pointed out far more specifics about the condition of our roof. He explained how an insurance company adjuster would likely interpret the damage that exists on our roof. Dan’s assessment was that there is not enough evidence of recent hail damage for him to be optimistic about an insurance claim being approved. We had an extended conversation about the pros and cons of filing a claim, given our specific circumstances … from being able to save a lot of money if we got lucky and were approved for a roof replacement, to reducing the chance of being approved after a future hail event, to even the unlikely, but possible, scenario of getting dropped by our insurance carrier. While we’d love to have heard that we were a good candidate for being approved for a roof replacement, we are grateful for the candor (and education) Dan provided. When the time comes for us to get a roof replacement, Beyond Roofing will be our first call. Thanks, Dan.

Dan is fantastic to work with. He was very responsive and answered all questions I had throughout the entire process. My roof replacement was scheduled quickly, and the crew was great. Dan came out today did a thorough inspection of my roof and house for hail damage. Took many pictures and gave me an honest assessment. Appreciated his expertise advising me there was not enough damage to file a claim. Rather versus trying to sell me repairs I did not need.
